About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA with a focus on HR and up to 2 years of relevant experience. You will support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

  • Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

  • Support daily administrative functions such as managing emails, preparing reports, and handling office supplies.

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Skills and Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
