Solution Overview: Federated Edge AI for Enhanced Behavioural Recognition
EurthTech's upgraded pet-collar system merges on-device TinyML classification with secure federated model updates. Core inference remains an AI-powered embedded system on the collar (quantised CNN / tiny transformer blocks). For continuous model improvement, devices upload encrypted model updates (gradients or weight deltas), which are securely aggregated by the server to produce a new global model pushed as a tiny delta OTA.
