About the Role
Role Overview
Eurth Techtronics is executing a large-scale IT-OT Automation and Deployment program for multiple steel manufacturing PSUs in India, in partnership with a global system integrator.
We are looking for an experienced IT-OT Pre-Sales & Solution Manager who can front-end enterprise and PSU stakeholders, coordinate with the SI partner, and translate plant-level requirements into structured, executable solution proposals.
This role is critical to winning, shaping, and successfully transitioning large industrial automation projects into execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Act as the primary techno-commercial interface between EurthTech, NTT Data, and PSU stakeholders.
Understand IT-OT automation requirements across steel plants (production, utilities, maintenance, safety, monitoring).
Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with plant IT / OT / operations teams.
Convert high-level problem statements into solution architectures, scope documents, and BoQs.
Support preparation of RFP responses, technical proposals, presentations, and compliance matrices.
Client & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with SAIL and other PSU units, understanding their internal processes and expectations.
Align EurthTech capabilities with NTT Data’s enterprise delivery framework.
Manage clarifications, MoM, follow-ups, and solution iterations during the pre-sales and negotiation phase.
Internal Alignment
Work closely with EurthTech’s embedded, IoT, automation, and deployment teams to:
Validate feasibility
Identify risks
Freeze technical scope before commitment
Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to execution.
Risk & Scope Control
Identify technical, operational, and deployment risks early.
Prevent scope creep by maintaining clear boundaries and assumptions.
Ensure realistic timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies are defined upfront.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Science preferred).
6–12 years of experience in industrial IT-OT, automation, or enterprise solutioning roles.
Proven exposure to large manufacturing plants / PSUs / infrastructure projects.
Working knowledge of one or more:
Industrial Automation (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, MES)
Industrial IoT, sensors, gateways, edge computing
Enterprise IT, networking, cybersecurity, data platforms
Experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical consulting roles.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Comfortable interacting with senior client stakeholders and SI partners.
